Letters to the editor:
We reserve the right to publish letters to the editor and comments to articles either in Counterpoint, or on Counterpoint's website(s). We additionally may use excerpts of this correspondence in written or online advertising materials. However, to protect your privacy, we will redact the writer's surname. We do store successful transaction information including, amount of transaction, date of transaction and transaction number in order to provide the customer with a payment summary.
- To provide support or other services. We may use your personal information to provide you support or other services you have ordered, as well as product updates, product patches and fixes and other similar communications.
- To tailor articles to your needs and respond to your requests. We may use your personal information to notify you about new article releases and service developments, to respond directly to your requests for information, or pass your contact information to the appropriate Counterpoint distributor or reseller for further follow-up related to your interests.
- To provide online forums and social networks. Some services available on the Counterpoint Websites permit you to participate in interactive discussions, post comments, opportunities or other content to a bulletin board or exchange, or otherwise engage in networking activities.
