Goals of the Advanced Skills Courses:
The Advanced Skills courses are designed to broaden the depth and experience of Core and Foundational Skills participants. Greater emphasis will be placed on identifying problematic issues in police practice and technology that negatively impact breath test results and in formulating a solid trial strategy based on sound scientific principles.
Prerequisites:
The Core Skills I & II, and Foundational Skills I & II courses are recommended, but not required (audit only).
Completion of the Foundational Skills I & II courses is required for the optional Advanced Skills written test.
Completion of the Foundational Skills I & II courses is required for the optional Advanced Skills written test.
